Review
Entries
will be reviewed by the 2007 Criteria
Committee to determine that entry criteria
has been met. In categories where actual
cost verification is a factor, entrant may
be requested to provide receipts, invoices
or contracts.
Note:
Due to changing market conditions, the SAM
Criteria Committee reserves the right to
split pricing categories and if necessary to
combine categories in the event of fewer
than three entries. Judges have final
decision in unusual situations. If entry is
eliminated, all fees and materials will be
returned to the entrant.
Judging
Individual
entries will be judged by a distinguished
panel of highly qualified judges on the
basis of materials submitted.
Judges
are selected from outside the San Diego area
for their various levels of expertise in the
homebuilding field. The Sales Professional
categories will be judged by a combination
of San Diego area and out-of-area judges.
Each
entry is rated on an individual point system
by each judge. An authorized representative from
the SAM Committee and BIA is present during, and
responsible for, monitoring the entire
judging process. Entries become the property
of SAM and will not be returned.
The
Sales and Marketing Council does not accept
responsibility for any lost or damaged
entries. If you have any questions regarding
entries, please call Sue Dowd, Home Buyers
Guide (760) 634-2466.
